About Arco Environmental Ltd
History:
Arco was founded in April 1979 by the current Directors: Mr Peter Clegg
and Mr Russell Sharpley, who already had over 10 years collective experience
in the asbestos removal industry working with a pioneer removal company
from the early 70s.
In 1986 the company changed from a partnership to a limited company, Arco Asbestos Removals Limited. There was a name change in 1995 to Arco Environmental Limited, to encompass the expanding services the company had to offer.
Location:
Arco Environmental Ltd is situated between Barking and Dagenham
in close proximately to London and the Home Counties with excellent access
to major trunk roads and motorways. We are situated on the east side of
the M25 just off the A13 past the A1306.
Accreditation:
Arco Environmental Ltd attained ISO 9002 accreditation in 1994 with the
National Quality Assurance (NQA) and have been full members of Asbestos
Removals Contractors Association (A.R.C.A) since 1983. We have also gained the Site Audit (ARCA) scheme 2004.
Arco are fully insured at Lloyds and carry Public/Employer/Contractors risk and indemnity insurance. We have a 3 year licence issued by the Health and Safety Executive.
