Following a survey by ALS Ltd for the client, asbestos insulation debris was discovered on pipe work under fibreglass throughout the basement, boiler room and cafe areas of this striking 18th century building.

The cafe which serves the prestigious golf club was closed whilst Arco carried out removal works.

 

Works were phased into 3 separate enclosures under fully controlled conditions and completed in under 2 weeks well inside the original time allotted by the client.
