Following the discovery of damaged under floor asbestos insulated pipework and widespread under floor contamination it was decided to close the church to the congregation as a precautionary measure.
Arco were successful in the tendering process and immediately notified the works, as it was a condition that the church had to be open and ready for the Easter celebrations and services.
Utilising a substantial labour force the works were completed ahead of time to the satisfaction of our client.
