Surveying Services
Arco are able to offer our clients a comprehensive Asbestos Surveying service. We have fully trained surveyors to carry out asbestos surveys of all types of buildings and establishments in order for clients to conform to the H.S.E Legislation - Regulation 4 of the control of asbestos at work regulation 2002 "The management of asbestos in non domestic premises". This legislation has had an 18 month lean in period and came into force on May 21st 2004.
There are three types of asbestos building surveys: Type 1, 2 & 3 and we carry these out in accordance with recommended guidance MDHS 100 'Surveying, Sampling and Assessment of asbestos-containing materials'.

All samples that are taken by our surveyors are analysed by UKAS accredited laboratories. Our surveys are produced using a professional asbestos survey program.
Arco can offer our commercial clients consultation services, visits and site meetings to enable the correct survey to be carried out on your property or building. Arco can also offer further advice and recommendations upon results of the building survey, should asbestos removal works or other works be required.
